{Free} Printable Halloween Invitations

Happy Monday, Friends! Hope you all had a good weekend!

I realized that all of my invites I have posted have been customized. I like to post things that everyone can get some use out of.  I found some fun papers on JessicaSprague.com, and thought I would make a few invitations that you all could print and use at your convenience.  They are very basic and open ended, on purpose, so that you can mail them out for your upcoming Halloween party. They are 5x7 cards, and for best results, should be printed on white cardstock.

All papers purchased through JessicaSprague.com

Hopefully you can find an invitation that will suit your Halloween needs. Stay tuned for party planning details for the Halloween Party we are planning at work.  I just got decorations up today, so pictures to come soon, plus a few other goodies.

Enjoy & Happy October 1st!

Sunday Sweater Weather {Word Art} & A Few Fall Favorites

I stumbled across a new favorite digital papers/embellishments blog today. Designs by Megan Turnidge, has wonderful stuff!! She features a "Template Tuesday" and "Freebie Friday", where you can download really cute stuff!! She also has some really cute kits.  Here are a few creations I threw together, thanks to Megan Turnidge.

Pumpkin Carving Party Invitation

For the past few years, a friend of mine and I, have thrown a Halloween Party.  I love Halloween. It is one of my favorite holidays.  We a lot going on this year right around Halloween, so we have opted to throw a more low key Pumpkin Carving Party instead. Here is the invite I created:

We can still have all of the Halloween fun, with out a ton of work, and still getting to enjoy all of the other events we have going on.  I can't wait to see Preston and all of his little friends running around in their costumes enjoying all of goodies the holiday has to offer. Stay tuned for pictures and stories from the party!

Pinspired: Quotes For Our Family Photo Wall

In my previous post, I wrote about how I am adding quotes to our family picture wall.  Here are a few more quote prints I created within the last few days.  I was browsing through Pinterest for inspiration, and this is what I came up with:
Originally found, here, I love this quote

This was a bible verse that was read at our wedding. What a wonderful reminder to us of how we should approach our marriage.
Originally found, here. Simple way of describing our journey through life. LOVE.

Do any of you have any favorite quotes about family, love or dreams?  If you do, do you mind sharing them with me?  I am always looking for good quotes with lots of meaning and wonderful ring to them.
Happy Sunday, Friends.  Enjoy your time with you families.

If You Want To Feel Rich...Printable

We've got an almost three hour nap going on over here...YAY!!! While the Prince slept, besides doing the usual...picking up Preston's 1,965,032 toys, doing the dishes, folding a load of laundry, I got crafty on Photoshop and created a few printables.

A quote that has been heavily on my mind lately is this:
"If you want to feel rich, just count all of the things you have, that money can't buy."

We have had to make a lot of cut backs to our budget recently, leaving me feeling frustrated at times.  When I saw this quote (found here), it put everything into perspective.  I wanted to be reminded of this on a daily basis, so I whipped up a printable incorporating it.  It will be going up on our picture wall in our stairwell.  I am also posting it for you all to enjoy, as well.
Hopefully you can find a color you like :)

Hoping your nap-time was just as productive & enjoyable!

Fall Mantle

So, like I've said before, it feels nowhere near Fall but I have been itching to decorate.  I see all of the Fall decor out in the stores, and we are starting to plan for our Fall events at work, so I decided to do a little Fall decorating of my own.  Here are some pictures of our Fall Mantle:

Where to Buy?
Pumpkins, Wood Frame, Scrapbook Paper & mini clothes pins: Hobby Lobby (don't forget about their 40% off one item coupon. Good on each shopping trip!)
Vase, Vase Fillers & Fall Branches: Target
Bunch of Wheat: Home Goods

What do you think?

I also have been burning a Autumn Harvest Candle, that is making my house smell so yummy. I'm ready for the cooler temps & warm apple cider!!
