~ (1) bunch of asparagus

Meat/Poultry/Seafood
~ 2 cups (2-3) Chicken Breast
~ 2 Cups (2lb Bag) Frozen or Fresh Shrimp
~ (1) 2-2.5 lb Flank Steak
Deli
~Parmesean Cheese (enough to sprinkle on top of pasta)
Dairy
~Unsalted Butter
~2% Milk
Baking/Spices/Condiments
~Flour
~Sugar
~Salt
~Pepper
~Ground Red Pepper
~Red Pepper Flakes
~Soy Sauce/Fish Sauce
~Olive Oil
~White Wine Vinegar

~1(14 3/4 oz) can Creamed Corn
